The fear downloaded to us from the internet etc, from our family tree, and from old baggage of other times that we are still carrying, can prevent us from being, and loving the person we actually are.
We often live our current lives trying to please, or help others, and believe that from the acceptance of other people is where our self-worth must come, instead of accepting and loving ourselves.
If we really understood the Being that lives within the current illusion we are trying to create, we might be amazed! When we are prepared to drop that bundle of old fearful rubbish – our belief that ‘this is the way things are’, then we can begin to discover our true power.
Sometimes it takes an illness or a very fearful experience to understand and accept our personal power.
This happened to me with a fire-walk during a 'Stuart Wilde' course – five steps with bare feet across red, glowing coals! Something I thought was impossible without being severely burnt! Especially as I had childhood memories of walking across a pile of smoldering rubbish, resulting in hospitalization, and my mother being told I might never walk again.
The fire-walk turned out to be an amazing experience, with no burns or feeling of heat, and left me thinking “if I can do this, what else can I do that I believe is impossible?”
When we connect to our heart-based love, and start to love ourselves unconditionally, then we can also love others, and spread our love, step by step throughout our world.
But first we must become aware of the fear we are carrying, release it, and avoid taking on any more fear. We need to ‘go within’, discover the love and wisdom that lays in each of us, and realise that fear cannot exist where there is love.
The first person we must love is ourself; understand that there is a reason we have come to the planet at this time, and that we have something beautiful to now share. When we uncover our fear, we must also believe that this fear is not creating our lives. We have the ability to release the fear, and see that its only purpose is to show us the beautiful love shining within, that fear has been hiding.
When we remove the dark glasses of fear from our eyes, we will see that we, and our world, have been created from love, and we can then discover our inner power to find the joy and happiness we seek.
I love this! Inspired to remove my dark glasses of fear ❤️
I agree. Abundance lies with the contentment that goes with appreciation that enough is enough.
